WARRANTY POLICY:

Our products are guaranteed for 1 year against workmanship defects only. This warranty would not cover items that show normal wear and tear.

RETURNS:

A return authorization number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department before returning any merchandise to us. Our Quality Control Department will evaluate products that are returned as defective. R & R Industries will repair or replace the defective product(s) in question. Items found to be not defective will be returned to the customer with an explanation. To obtain an RA number, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-234-1434. NOTE: YOUR SALESPERSON IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE AN RA NUMBER.

CLAIMS:

All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please verify the shipment promptly upon delivery for any inaccuracies (i.e.: shortages, overages, incorrect product, etc.). Please call us immediately so we can correct our error and get your product to you as soon as possible. Please do not deduct any shortages from your payment without notifying us first, as this amount will remain an outstanding balance on your account.

TERMS:

Our terms are COD, CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS), or NET 30 days on approved credit. We urge you to schedule payments within our terms. Slow pay may result in held orders and/or rescission of credit privileges.
